Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a student must cancel their scheduled lesson with less than 24 hours, the full lesson fee will be forfeited. We do not have exceptions to this policy. Canceling a lesson with less than 24 hours often leaves the coach without a student during your agreed lesson time. Scheduling a lesson with this studio requires that you accept the 24-Hour cancellation policy.
